Four Little Peacocks

Hand-printed with wood blocks from India, these mignon and avant-garde (cute and novel in a French way), these bespoke, vintage hankies will catch any sneeze, hack & whoop! Wash and reuse instead of tossing in the trash.

Absolutely mignon and avant-garde (cute and experimental in a French way), these bespoke, vintage hankies have been printed by hand (Sara is all about original, bespoke craftmanship) with carved by hand Indian wood blocks.

This is a very limited run -- only two Peacock pinkies, and six elephant ones.Six hankies celebrate the elephant. A sacred symbol in Hindu and Buddhist religions in India, they represent loyalty, power, wisdom, and fertility. And two featiure the peacock whoe tails convey beauty and confidence, and overtime royalty and power.

As with all vintage products they are imperfect. Look to the photos for details.

The colors will remain bright through repeated wear and wash. Nevertheless, you should wash them by hand or via the delicate cycle in your machine. Line dry in the sun to maintain the right weight of the fabric. NB: a few stains bested us and could not be removed
